2上蒸鍋蒸到筷子一碰就會碎

3放不粘鍋里用筷子夾碎

4分次加入煉乳,攪拌均勻,嘗一下,到自己覺得合適以後再加30g

5加入牛奶或者淡奶油

6攪拌均勻,使勁把紫薯塊壓碎

7中下火慢慢翻拌,千萬不能糊鍋。看狀態慢慢減小火

8然後加黃油/沒有味道的油。繼續慢慢炒。做餡放油,做紫薯沙不用

9最後會粘粘的但是不沾鍋和鏟子。而且跟揉面似的有阻力。放保鮮袋裡。
