蛋撻皮: 8個, 蛋黃: 2個, 牛奶: 50g, 淡奶油: 100g, 白糖: 15g, 煉乳: 5g
步驟
1準備材料(蛋撻皮提前拿出回溫)~

2蛋黃打散(不要打發)~

4攪拌均勻成蛋液~

7烤箱預熱,220°,上下火,中層,烤15–20分鐘~

8觀察上色,烤出焦糖色即可(我家烤箱溫度低,烤了20分鐘)~

9這是烤的黃桃蛋撻(用的黃桃罐頭,切塊控汁和蛋撻液一起放入蛋撻皮中)~
