原料
芹菜: 適量, 胡蘿蔔: 2根, 香菜: 適量(不喜歡可以不放)
步驟
1將芹菜放入鍋中焯水3到5分鐘撈出備用!(水裡放入少量的鹽和油)

2再將蘿蔔絲放入鍋里時間稍長直到蘿蔔絲軟了!撈出備用!

3腐竹泡發,在水裡焯一下就可撈出備用!(時間不要過長)

4將芹菜,蘿蔔絲,腐竹,香菜都放入盤中,稍微攪拌一下!(最好找個大點的盤子方便攪拌)

5蔥切末,撒入菜中!

6蒜切沫!堆放在菜的中間!

7溜邊倒入1到2勺的生抽!放少許鹽在蒜上

8做鍋燒熱,放少許食用油燒熱,將少許的花椒,麻椒,一小角大料。放入鍋中煸炒,出香味後,將花椒麻椒大料撈出!

9將小干辣椒(大約2到3個)切斷,放入燒熱的油中。在辣椒變黑前,將熱油和辣椒一起倒在蒜堆上,然後用筷子拌勻即可食用啦
