4將蔥姜豆豉撥到鍋邊,用鍋里的余油將冰糖炒成琥珀色糖色

5將蔥姜豆豉糖色炒均勻

6將炒好的豆豉和所有的調料都放入排骨中拌勻.將拌好的排骨放入蒸鍋中蓋上盤子(這樣正好的排骨里不會有很多的水蒸氣)再蓋上鍋蓋大火燒開中小火1小時
