9雙手粘上少許清油,防止粘手。取適量土豆泥在塗油烤盤上拍成小餅

10放入烤箱,上下恆溫180-200度,想吃干點的不翻面,直接烤制12-15分鐘,想吃不幹的翻面烤制各7分鐘,翻面時記得塗油。
