原料
大棒骨: 一根, 酸菜: 適量, 海帶: 適量, 凍豆腐: 一小塊, 各種速凍丸子: 適量, 蟹味菇、金針菇: 適量, 土豆粉: 適量
步驟
1首先~要有一鍋萬能的高湯~大棒骨從中間砍斷,放花椒、薑片,文火燉四個小時~用高壓鍋應該更省事~

2酸菜切絲,海帶切絲,凍豆腐切塊~鋪在砂鍋底~

3放上各種喜歡的速凍丸子~

7表面鋪上白菜~

8菜都碼好之後,倒入適量煮好的高湯,不要倒太多,因為菜加熱後還會出水~然後放到火上大火燒開後,轉小火燉到鍋里湯汁變多,白菜變軟,土豆粉變成透明後~就可以享用冬日暖鍋啦~
