5熱鍋放食用油➕一點化豬油

6油熱放薑絲蒜片爆鍋,接著放提前切片的魷魚頭大火翻炒,

7接著撒一點孜然粒進去,再放一勺提前調製好的醬汁翻炒魷魚,等魷魚片斷生後可以放芹菜絲,鹽,雞精,翻炒出鍋了

8又香又嫩又好吃,這道菜非常下飯,喜歡吃辣的還可以放上小米辣或者干紅椒來炒,那味道絕對更贊,只是我們家有小朋友不吃辣所以不能放?
