豬肝: 350克, 青椒: 2個, 洋蔥: 1個, 鹽: 適量, 料酒: 適量, 姜: 若干片, 生抽: 適量, 老抽: 適量, 澱粉水: 適量, 糖: 適量
步驟
1先當然要備齊基本材料(這個是大廢話)

2食材洗凈,青椒、洋蔥切片,豬肝切成三厘米左右的薄片,洗凈血水(最好用美善品速度6,6mins,放入網鍋洗二次,不然就要用流水浸泡3-4小時),洗凈的豬肝片加料酒腌制10mins後,加姜、生抽、老抽、澱粉適量腌制20mins

3起油鍋爆炒青椒片和洋蔥片,炒至洋蔥變透明即可盛盤,待用
