墨魚汁太極蒸☯️(臭豆腐) by wqy

原料

墨魚汁: 適量, 鹽: 適量, 黃油: 適量, 蒜: 適量, 洋蔥: 適量, 豬肉糜?: 250g左右, 白葡萄酒: 適量, 臭豆腐: 300g左右, 生粉: 適量, 蚝油: 適量, 料酒: 適量

步驟

1豬肉糜 去冰 洗凈 臭豆腐 洗凈

2豬肉糜 加1湯匙生粉 1湯匙料酒 攪拌均勻 洋蔥 適量 洗凈 切末 大蒜 2、3瓣 去皮 洗凈 切蒜蓉 (墨魚蛋 洗凈 加1湯匙料酒 去腥)

3熱鍋 冷油 加入黃油 待其融化

4加入 洋蔥末、蒜蓉 炒出香味

5倒入墨魚汁 翻炒 加1湯匙 白葡萄酒 鍋滾 加少許鹽 墨魚汁出鍋

6將 墨魚汁 加入 豬肉糜

7攪拌均勻 加入適量鹽 調味

8臭豆腐 切碎塊 將臭豆腐碎塊 與 墨魚汁豬肉糜 碼成太極狀☯️ 淋上2湯匙 蚝油

9鍋內 放適量水 放蒸架 加入容器 鍋內水 大滾後 蒸製15分鐘左右 即可關火 待食用的時候出鍋 (如果覺得淡 可以加適量生抽)
