1辣椒、蔥切段,蒜拍碎,姜切絲…備用。

2(螺預先泡水半小時以上,沖洗幾遍)鍋燒開水,入水至螺殼打開立馬撈出備用。

3熱鍋入油熱五分,把姜蒜辣椒放進去炒香
