步驟
1先做以下準備: 材料:豬裡脊肉絲,胡蘿蔔絲,木耳絲,尖椒絲,蔥姜蒜切成末(分量是平時炒菜的兩倍的量),雞蛋,土豆澱粉 調料:糖、醋、鹽、料酒、郫縣豆瓣醬(超市有賣)

2拌肉分三步:1、放入一勺料酒,一個雞蛋,一勺鹽,用手抓勻;2、放三勺土豆澱粉,抓勻;3、放一勺醬油,抓勻。放置五分鐘。

3調製魚香汁:三勺醋、半勺鹽、兩勺糖、一勺土豆澱粉、兩勺水、半勺醬油

4鍋里倒入比平時炒菜略多的油,油溫三四成熱的時候涼油下肉,小火,用筷子攪拌
