白酒煮花螺 by wqy

原料

蔥: 根, 姜: 片, 花螺: 200g, 白酒: 3湯匙, 枸杞: 適量, 朝天椒: 1根, 鹽: 適量, 糖: 適量

步驟

1花螺 用鹽水洗凈 去除尾端 蔥 去根 洗凈 切5cm段 姜 洗凈 切絲 枸杞 洗凈 朝天椒 洗凈 根據個人耐辣程度 留留辣椒籽

2水 煮沸 放入花螺 汆燙 關火 取出

3起油鍋 熱鍋冷油 放入 朝天椒 薑絲 煸香

4倒入3湯匙白酒 適量鹽糖 煮沸

5倒入 枸杞 倒入 花螺 煮熟 出鍋 (花螺 不能久煮 一般此次煮1分鐘左右 根據熟度 每次加30秒)
