這次菜譜的重點是肉一定要好嗯,hana說「高級之處在於能夠吃到肉本來的美味」所以才簡單調味就好吃了~! 肉的部位謝謝@ 科普,【tenderloin,日語ヒレ,就是菲力牛排的那塊了。很瘦但是因為平時運動不到所以很嫩,是內脊。一頭豬一頭牛也只有很小的一塊.國內平時說的裡脊應該是外脊了,日語的話應該是ロース 再然後,這個菜譜就是忠於電視完整截下來的,牛排的做法呢,廚房有兩個非常好和詳細的,大家可以比較後來做~嗯~ o( ̄▽ ̄)o
