1茄子切條,五花肉切條,蔥姜蒜切末
2姜蒜入鍋熗鍋,入肉段炒至變色,入茄子翻炒,加適量水悶
3不時打開鍋蓋翻炒至茄子變軟,勾芡(芡汁加澱粉,少許醬油,少許耗油和水),加鹽,炒勻即可出鍋
