新鮮楊梅u: 5斤, 冰糖: 100g, 檸檬: 1個, 白糖: 少許
步驟
1新鮮楊梅涼開水中放少許鹽浸20分鐘後撈起瀝干

2鍋內放入冰糖和水

3放入楊梅,加水要沒過楊梅

4開始大火煮開

5煮開後關至小火煮15分鐘,並放入檸檬

6小火煮好後把楊梅汁舀出放容器里(這個就是楊梅汁啦)

7汁舀完後一直煮楊梅收汁,中途要小心翻炒避免糊鍋也要注意別把楊梅炒爛

8收汁後楊梅放到烤箱低溫90度上下烤帶熱風烘烤2小時,中途打開烤箱看看烘烤的差不多乾了就可以了,時間自己掌握。
