原料
餅乾(小奇福餅效果最好): 90克, 棉花糖(正常大小約25粒): 75克, 黃油: 20克, 全脂奶粉: 25克, 蔓越莓干: 20克, 堅果(杏仁&腰果): 30克, 裝飾用奶粉(全脂): 15克
步驟
1所有材料稱量好,

2不粘鍋用最小火融化黃油

3後放入棉花糖,不停的攪拌至棉花糖也融化(成敗在此一舉,這步千萬要小火,不可把棉花糖炒過了)

4放入奶粉,此時最好離火將奶粉攪拌均勻,若感覺棉花糖有些不好攪拌再放回火上稍稍加熱(千萬小火,控制好時間)

5奶粉與棉花糖攪拌均勻後,關火加入堅果,蔓越莓干,用刮刀翻拌

6放入餅乾,帶上一次性手套,將所有材料反覆拉扯,直到所有材料混合均勻

7趁熱在不粘烤盤中按壓整形,將材料壓實,撒上裝飾奶粉
