豆腐 300g切小块, 大葱 2根切片, 耗油 1茶勺, 生抽 2茶勺, 水淀粉 适量, 干辣椒、油、盐 适量
1准备食材
2平底锅倒入一点油把豆腐两面煎成金黄色备用。
3炒锅中火烧热后倒入油,加入大葱和干辣椒,直到大葱炒软,辣椒炒出香味。
4煎好的豆腐倒入锅中,加入耗油、生抽酱油、盐调味后再加入适量的水,中火把豆腐炖3-5分钟。
5等汤汁收到一半以上时加入水淀粉勾芡后就可以出锅了。
1.大葱和干辣椒一定用中小火炒,如果用大火葱和辣椒很容易炒糊。 2.水淀粉勾芡时要等锅里的汤汁收的差不多了再勾芡。
