8腌24小时,把多余的汤汁倒掉,均匀刷上一层花生油

9进微波炉,①高火5分钟,②翻面,再烤3分钟,③拿出来将多余汤汁倒掉,再进微波炉,光波3分钟,④翻面再光波3分钟,就可以吃了~

小技巧
①在改刀的时候间距小一点,要保证入味。 ②抹酱汁之后一定要进行按摩,保证入味。 ③中间烤好的时候,一定要把烤出来的油汁倒掉,口感好。
