1鸭子一只,请别人代宰杀,鸭血做成醋血

2鸭子斩件,加入姜,酒,油,盐腌十五分钟待用

5茄子一个,切成小段,泡在水里,以防茄子变色

6在锅里加少许生油,把五花肉放进锅里煎至出油,然后把鸭肉放到油锅里爆炒五分钟,加适量的酱油和少许水,调小火焖二十分钟,待鸭肉完全入味后,加4调料翻炒

7最后把醋血倒入已经锅里,翻炒几下后,加茄子入内继续翻炒,调小火焖个五六分钟即可。此菜酸辣开胃,香松爽口
