今天这款杂菇煲由海鲜菇、香菇、茶树菇、杏鲍菇四种菇组成,另加入脆爽的牛肉丸和补充维生素的黄红椒,健脾养胃之余,还给乍寒乍暖的秋天增添一份秋意。
原料
海鲜菇 250克, 香菇 250克, 茶树菇 250克, 杏鲍菇 200克, 牛肉丸 300克, 红黄椒 各半个, 葱 1根, 大葱 半根, 蚝油 2-3汤匙, 盐 1/2汤匙, 鸡精 1茶匙
步骤
1牛肉丸洗净,切成两半,然后切十字刀花备用

2杂菇洗净,杏鲍菇切片,黄红椒切块,大葱切段,葱切葱花备用

3锅下油爆香大葱

4然后倒入牛肉丸爆炒
