原料
小笋, 香干, 盐水红腰豆, 蒜瓣, 湿豆豉, 精盐, 酱油
步骤
1将小笋清理择选,去除老硬部分,滚水锅中加少许盐,将小笋入锅氽烫10秒左右捞出

2将笋过凉水快速冷却,,控干水分后将笋根部分用刀背轻轻拍松,刀切成小段备用

3香干清水稍加冲洗后,切丁备用;蒜瓣去皮切末

4将锅烧热注油,将蒜末豆豉下入锅中煸香,将五香干子下入锅中煸炒,炒至表皮收缩微微焦香时,下精调味,翻炒均匀

5将小笋段下入锅中炒匀,调入少许酱油增香调色
