原料

木耳 100g提前半泡发去根洗净撕成大块, 鸡蛋 3个, 洋葱 半个切丝, 生抽酱油 1茶勺, 油、盐 适量

步骤

1准备食材

2鸡蛋炒熟备用。

3中火炒锅倒入油把洋葱炒出香味后加入木耳,加酱油和盐调味。

4加入鸡蛋翻炒均匀后就可以出锅了,出锅前尝尝味道。
