年糕, 鸡蛋, 茼蒿, 香肠, 油,盐,鸡精,酱油,料酒,白糖, 葱,小米辣

1将配菜切好,,

2年糕切条状,(从小家里把年糕切条状,所以一直习惯条状,而且,觉着这样口感更好些),然后放水里泡一泡(不易粘锅)

3鸡蛋打散

4点火,坐锅,锅里倒少许油
5将蛋液倒入锅中炒散,盛出备用

6锅中加少许油,烧热,放入切好香肠煸炒,,

7香肠煸炒至微微金黄卷曲后,加入辣椒,葱,年糕进行翻炒

8加入少许料酒,酱油,白糖调味,加水少许,翻炒,(年糕很硬的,可以加锅盖蒙一下下)
9年糕炒至合适的软度(视年糕软硬度和个人口味而定),加入鸡蛋,茼蒿,小小翻炒,后加盐,鸡精调味
