鲜玉米 , 龙利鱼 , 胡萝卜, 橄榄油, , 盐, 料酒 , 生粉 , 黑胡椒粉 , 葱
步骤
1 玉米切成三段;

2 竖放用小刀竖着切掉一排玉米;

5 龙利鱼切丁备用;

6 在龙利鱼丁里加入料酒,盐,黑胡椒粉和少许生粉搅拌均匀腌制15分钟;

7 热锅加入橄榄油;

9 锅里稍微再加一点油后放入胡萝卜丁中火翻炒2分钟左右;

小技巧
1.龙里鱼提前腌制一下会更入味,然后用滑油法再炒鱼肉就会很嫩; 2.鲜玉米多汁,非常嫩,所以炒的生一点也会很好吃; 3.胡萝卜适当多炒一会,生的会影响口感。
