1买排骨叫老板切长条点,这样吃起肉来才爽快? 用清水洗去血水放一旁备用

2烧一锅水,等水开的途中剥蒜准备

7准备一汤锅,把蒜头放入,再加八、九成水,别放满,等下还要放排骨药材;把水烧开

8水开后倒入药材,切记把药材中的枸杞子挑出来,枸杞子要等最后汤快煲好后才放,不然汤会变的有点酸味!!!

9药材放入后继续煲10分钟
