1配料:鸡精、辣椒粉、蚝油、白糖、盐、酱油、食用油、蒜

4热锅下油,炸香肥肉到金黄色时放入蒜子爆香

5爆香蒜子后下瘦肉片,翻炒至变色

6肉片变色后加入荠菜头片,翻炒均匀后加入配料和朝天椒粒

7继续翻炒,看配菜均匀裹上酱油时菜也差不多熟了,关火,放入蒜青部分,利用余温炒香,盛盘。
