排骨: 500克, 红腐乳: 半块, 蚝油: 一扫, 料酒: 半勺, 陈醋: 半勺, 番茄酱: 一勺, 沙茶酱: 一小勺, 蒜蓉辣椒酱: 一小勺, 姜蒜: 适量, 蜂蜜: 一大勺
步骤
1排骨洗净砍块,去除血水 捞出后滤干,放入碗中备用

2放入准备好的姜蒜

8一小勺蒜蓉辣椒酱

9拌匀,盖上保鲜膜放入冰箱冷藏腌制4小时以上 (时间越久,越入味)

10捞出腌制好的排骨,整齐排列在锡纸上 (多余的排骨汁不要倒掉,留在后面备用)

11沿着锡纸四周将排骨包起来,同时预热烤箱

12放入预热好的烤箱 上下管220度,烤制40分钟

13在剩余的排骨汁中加入一勺蜂蜜,搅拌均匀

14取出烤好的排骨,打开锡纸 去除多余排骨汤 (小心烫,小心烫,小心烫!!!)

15将加入蜂蜜的排骨汁均匀刷在排骨两面

小技巧
1、虽然叫烤酸甜排骨,但是酸味并不重 喜欢酸的可以多加点陈醋 2、腌制时间越长,越入味
