姜汁: 20克, 牛奶: 200克, 糖: 适量

8倒点姜汁进碗里,备用(姜汁不要放太多,会苦)

9牛奶小火加热到沸腾状态,立即关火,放凉到大约70度左右倒进装有姜汁的碗里
