鸡肉: 500克, 淮山: 500克, 胡萝卜: 300克, 浓汤宝: 一块, 红枣: 9颗, 生姜: 5克, 葱白: 5克, 盐: 适量
步骤
1鸡肉洗干净,在水里泡一下,洗去血水,切小块,鸡油剔除

2淮山去皮,切滚刀块,切好马上泡水里,我放的稍微晚了点有点氧化变黑

4锅里烧热水,把鸡块放进去灼水

5鸡块洗掉浮沫,滤干水放一边备用

6红枣洗净,葱姜洗净,葱选择葱白,生姜切片

7砂锅里水烧开以后放入葱姜,红枣,继续大火烧开

8砂锅里的水再次烧开,放入鸡块,大火煲10分钟

9鸡块煮熟后放入淮山,胡萝卜和浓汤宝,转中火煲15分钟

小技巧
1.淮山去皮的时候用塑料袋或者手套包住手,避免淮山分泌的粘稠物弄到手上,痒起来比较难受 2.鸡肉切小块的时候把鸡油剔除 3.煲汤的工具可以换其他的锅具
