1和面,和好后静置(醒面)20分钟左右

2将醒好的面擀成5mm左右的面片,切成5mm左右的条状

3撒上玉米面粉,稍稍将面搓圆

5撒上玉米面粉防止面团黏连

6抓一把面团放在左手手心里,用筷子戳进去小面团的一面,沿左手尾指端手掌从离尾指近到远将面团用筷子边滚薄,滚入盛装容器内(很遗憾此处不能添加视频?)

7将黄花菜、蘑菇(最好是野榛蘑)、海带泡发

8黄花菜切段,海带切丝,蘑菇切丁、豆腐切丁(5mm左右)

9葱、姜、蒜切末

10油烧热,入葱姜蒜爆香,放入黄花菜,海带,蘑菇炒2~3分钟,放入适量盐、酱油

11依次加入豆腐丁、土豆粉条,加水漫过粉条,酌情加盐调味,大火烧开后转小火焖,焖至收汁后关火盛出锅,焖制时可另起锅烧开水

12开水中将‘捻’好的圪埚煮熟,后将炒好的哨子烩入锅与圪埚一起略煮,此时可加香油、盐等调味

13盛入碗中的圪埚可依据个人喜好加山西陈醋、韭菜葱花等调味
