四美咖喱拌饭(Curried Rice with Assorted Vegetables)

原料

熟米饭: 一人份, 青豆: 40克, 生腰果: 15克, 紫甘蓝: 两片, 干香菇: 两朵, 咖喱块: 1块, 盐: 1/3小匙

步骤

1熟米饭打散待用,紫甘蓝洗净切丁,干香菇用温水泡法后切丁,速冻青豆解冻,咖喱块切成小丁待用;

2热锅下宽油,放入生腰果小火翻炒至金黄脆香后捞出,把油的一半倒出,一份留在锅内,放入米饭翻炒片刻,然后加入紫甘蓝和咖喱一起小火翻炒直到米饭粒粒分明,盛出米饭;

3另起一锅,倒入刚才剩下的一半油,放入青豆和香菇丁中火同炒,快熟的时候加入盐和腰果炒均匀,一起倒在饭上即可。
