2先做馅料,冰糖放入碗内,苹果切丁,扒出橙子果肉,连带着汁放到碗内,果汁会渗入冰糖里

9冷冻一小时后,硬的馅料容易包

10糯米粉分出来,加入汁,温热水和面。应该用紫薯泥,没买到就用了紫甘蓝,颜色不深;菠菜榨汁,过滤;胡萝卜泥直接和面。面要和得干一些

11紫色面团稀了,后面非常不好包

12每个面团取出20克左右,分别放到消炎没,蒸锅内蒸10分

13蒸好的面加入同色面团里,会增加糯米面的粘性!分别揉好后盖上保鲜膜醒30分左右

14包汤圆了,分好面团,揉成球形,按扁,放入水果馅料
