黑巧克力: 84g/168g, 牛奶: 30g/50g, 蛋黄: 1个/可不加, 奶油: 125g/200g, 鱼胶: 5g/10g, 糖粉: 20g, 饼底:: , 饼干: 40g, 黄油: 20g
步骤
1先将饼干压碎,加入黄油,搅拌均匀, 放去模型压扁,放去冰箱
2巧克力隔热水融化 放凉备用

6趁热加入蛋黄搅拌均匀(不加蛋黄的这步可以去掉)
