沙茶酱: 100g, 虾: 若干只, 鱿鱼: 4只, 豆芽: 一小把, 蒜: 两瓣, 福袋: 两只, 丸子: 若干个, 细面: 250g

3700ml左右水烧开,转小火,放入沙茶酱熬煮,期间要用汤勺搅拌抹开,防止粘锅底。

4熬煮5~10分钟至沙茶酱完全溶解。

5放入细面,转中火煮三分钟

6放入解冻好的丸子。(丸子如果未解冻,就与细面同时放入煮3~5分钟左右)

7然后放入鱿鱼,虾,豆芽,煮熟即可。 最后可撒些蒜茸进去,味道更棒! (蒜茸:蒜头拍碎,拿掉皮儿,剁碎蒜肉即可
