1、甘蓝苦瓜,苦和酸甜。碧绿鲜脆的苦瓜和酸甜的甘蓝碎,绝配。苦瓜去心火(是去邪火),夏天时不时吃点是极好的【心会滋润,肝木为酸,木生火(心)】,特别是做的酸酸甜甜的。 2、甘蓝碎是做寿司姜留下的,很久了,都好好的,味道也很醇厚。(紫衣甘蓝末的做法,紫衣甘蓝加水打碎,过滤后加糖盐拌匀。)
