步骤
1如图 粉状均过筛;黄油隔水加热;鸡蛋不用分离

2蛋糕模具内涂一层黄油(不包括在配料内),撒上干粉

6面粉过筛,用刮刀搅拌,尽量温柔哦,不要破坏原来的状态

7同样的,可可粉过筛,继续搅拌

8最后倒入已融化黄油,搅拌均匀

9倒入模具内,表面刮平,送入烤箱,180度15分钟左右;放在架子上晾凉后再脱模;如有塌陷则倒扣。
