步骤

1河虾 洗净 控水 切3、4片 姜片,洗净 切丝 取小葱2根 切2cm 小段

2热锅 冷油 放入姜丝 小火 姜丝 煸黄 放入河虾

3加1汤匙料酒 加 0.5汤匙 醋 加适量水 没过 河虾 加盖 滚煮

4待 河虾全身变红 加 2小勺盐、2小勺糖 调味 (根据个人口感调味 汤可略咸) 撒上葱段

5出锅 装盘
