原料
中粉: 85, 酵母: 2, 温水: 45, 马苏里拉芝士: 适量, 番茄酱: 适量, 橄榄油: 适量, 培根: 2片, 厄尔多瓜白虾: 6只, 洋葱: 1小块, 甜椒: 半个, 青豆: 适量, 玉米: 适量
步骤
1酵母放入温水中静置2分钟,然后慢慢倒入面粉中,边倒边搅拌,揉成光滑面团在温暖处发酵1小时,发酵至面团变成2倍大小
2发面的时候准备材料:虾去壳去虾肠,甜椒切圈,洋葱切丝,培根切小段
3发酵好的面团用手压扁排气,滚圆,裹上保鲜膜十分钟,将面团擀成披萨盘大小,放入披萨盘中,用叉子扎一些小孔,裹上保鲜膜静置20分钟
