原料
大棒骨: 一根, 酸菜: 适量, 海带: 适量, 冻豆腐: 一小块, 各种速冻丸子: 适量, 蟹味菇、金针菇: 适量, 土豆粉: 适量
步骤
1首先~要有一锅万能的高汤~大棒骨从中间砍断,放花椒、姜片,文火炖四个小时~用高压锅应该更省事~

2酸菜切丝,海带切丝,冻豆腐切块~铺在砂锅底~

3放上各种喜欢的速冻丸子~

7表面铺上白菜~

8菜都码好之后,倒入适量煮好的高汤,不要倒太多,因为菜加热后还会出水~然后放到火上大火烧开后,转小火炖到锅里汤汁变多,白菜变软,土豆粉变成透明后~就可以享用冬日暖锅啦~
