Tartine #1 Grilled Peaches, Goat Cheese and Caramelized Onions

原料

欧包/法棍: , 洋葱(白): , 羊奶酪: , 桃子: , 酱油,醋,橄榄油,黑胡椒:

步骤

1洋葱切片,锅底涂薄油,小火煎至上色

2锅里倒入少量酱油,最好是日本的甜酱油,煎到绵软,然后洋葱留在锅里吸收酱油的味道

3桃子切片,涂橄榄油油,放到烧烤盘中煎软

4一大勺羊奶酪goat cheese, 放入黑胡椒,橄榄油和醋拌匀

5处理面包,欧包或法棍,切片,用烤箱或者烧烤盘烤脆,然后,费查哪个重要的一部,用生洋葱在热的面包上擦,就像擦橡皮那样,目的是把洋葱汁留在面包上

6最后,依次摆上,开吃
