原料
鳕鱼: 2条(两人量), 鸡蛋: 2个, 料酒: 2勺, 淀粉: 3勺, 葱姜蒜: 适量, 白糖,醋: 适量
步骤
1鳕鱼反复清洗!切一指宽的段!放料酒和盐腌制20分钟,准备淀粉,鸡蛋,少量水,搅拌成糊!将腌制好的鳕鱼泡在淀粉液中!

2锅内热油适量,将裹好淀粉液的鳕鱼放入锅中,小火,炸至两面金黄,捞出备用,炸的过程要小心油弄到衣服上,准备好武器!

3准备葱姜蒜,辣椒!(刀工差,有待练习)酱油,花椒面,醋,盐,放碗中调汁备用!

4锅中留底油,放入白糖,熬糖色,一定要小火!熬至枣红色,放入炸好的鳕鱼,小火翻炒!
