1先把米淘洗干净,放入电饭煲蒸

2将青椒、里脊肉、胡萝卜、蒜丝都切丝,然后用生抽、胡椒粉、生粉、油将肉丝腌渍10分钟

3鸡蛋打散摊成鸡蛋饼,取出备用
