2腌汁的制作:小半碗清水、 1勺料酒 1勺红糖 1勺日式酱油

3将腌汁倒入保鲜袋中,放入鸡腿肉和生姜片,排出袋中空气并扎紧,放入冰箱冷藏腌制30分钟

4锅中煮水,西兰花放入水中焯2-3分钟捞出
