奶油奶酪: 50克, 抹茶粉: 8克(我只用了两克), 淡奶油: 30克, 吉利丁: 半片, 细砂糖: 15克, 牛奶: 30毫升, 小芒果: 3到4个, 淡奶油: 30克, 牛奶: 20毫升, 柠檬汁: 3滴, 朗姆酒: 1毫升, 吉利丁: 半片, 白巧克力: 20克, 淡奶油: 50克, 吉利丁: 半片, 牛奶: 30毫升
步骤
1首先制作抹茶慕斯:将奶油奶酪放室温软化,加入细砂糖搅拌均匀

9搅拌均匀,即成抹茶慕斯糊

10将做好的抹茶慕斯糊装入裱花袋中,将裱花袋剪一个小口,将慕斯糊挤入慕斯杯的1/3处,轻震几下慕斯杯使其平整并去除气泡,放入冰箱冷冻室冷冻至其凝固(采用冷冻的办法,做好芒果慕斯以后,直接就可以挤在抹茶慕斯上边,如果冷藏的话,需要的时间还会长一些)

11制作芒果慕斯,芒果去皮取果肉50克,加入柠檬汁拌匀(芒果肉我没有过筛,就是直接用的)

12牛奶加热,然后加入用冷水泡软的吉利丁片拌匀
