凉拌虫草花 by wqy

原料

虫草花: 300g, 黑木耳: 五朵, 黄瓜: 1根, 盐: 适量, 醋: 适量, 生抽: 适量, 邱比色拉汁: 适量

步骤

1虫草花 洗净 黑木耳 泡发

2黑木耳 切宽的丝 黄瓜 切丝 用少许盐 捏一下 让黄瓜有点咸味

3水 锅内煮沸 放入 黑木耳丝 和 虫草花 再次煮沸 关火

4煮熟的 虫草花 和黑木耳 取出 晾凉

5醋 生抽 色拉汁 各1勺 盐少许 调味 即可 整体 略带酸味 黄瓜脆脆口感 和虫草花、黑木耳 形成对比

小技巧

全部是 软的 烫过的食材 影响凉拌菜口感 要有脆脆的口感在里面 才好吃 我选的是黄瓜丝 大家也可以试试 生的莴笋丝 用盐捏一下
