1派皮: 黄油切小块软化,打至细腻无颗粒 加入糖粉、蛋液,搅拌至无颗粒状态

2筛入低粉,搅拌揉成光滑面团

5派馅: 奶油奶酪加入糖粉,隔热水搅拌至溶化,加入椰浆拌匀
