1猪扒肉切粒放进碗里,加盐油料酒调味,再加入生粉拌匀

2香肠切块,虾米切粒,放在一起备用
3鸡蛋搅拌均匀,加入适量盐

5米饭放进大碗。新鲜煮的也没关系,放凉就好。

7炒锅烧热放油,将油尽量散布在锅面
8放入肉粒,炒至金黄
9加入香肠和虾米,翻炒至九成熟
