步骤
1原材料大集合;

2先做焦糖,把50g白砂糖和30g矿泉水倒入锅中,开中火,不用搅拌,拿着锅柄不断晃圈即可,待锅中布满气泡,转小火;

3小火慢慢熬,等到锅中呈现出棕红色的糖浆,散发出正常的焦糖香时,就倒入热开水,继续晃圈小锅,让水和糖充分融合,继续加热10秒即可;

4迅速倒入玻璃瓶中,一定要迅速,倒好后,焦糖部分就制作完成啦,放置一旁,备用;

5接下来做布丁部分,首先把牛奶在微波炉里加热至稍烫,拿出放温,备用;

6再将两个鸡蛋和20g白砂糖放入碗中,画圈搅动,白砂糖溶解即可;

7把温温热的牛奶倒入蛋液中,画圈搅动,让两者充分融合;

8搅拌均匀后过筛,最好过两至三次;
