1.青蒜其实也有不同的品种,我觉得我们江南的娇小的青蒜品种味道就比大的健硕的青蒜味道要香浓; 2.炒香干的时候放少许水可以让香干吃起来更滋润; 3.青蒜叶不能炒太长,否则味道就会大打折扣。
