原料

葱: 根, 姜: 片, 花螺: 200g, 白酒: 3汤匙, 枸杞: 适量, 朝天椒: 1根, 盐: 适量, 糖: 适量

步骤

1花螺 用盐水洗净 去除尾端 葱 去根 洗净 切5cm段 姜 洗净 切丝 枸杞 洗净 朝天椒 洗净 根据个人耐辣程度 留留辣椒籽

2水 煮沸 放入花螺 汆烫 关火 取出

3起油锅 热锅冷油 放入 朝天椒 姜丝 煸香

4倒入3汤匙白酒 适量盐糖 煮沸

5倒入 枸杞 倒入 花螺 煮熟 出锅 (花螺 不能久煮 一般此次煮1分钟左右 根据熟度 每次加30秒)
